He flatly refused to do anything useful to get the service working again. He used tremendous amounts of anger and stonewalled to the max.

Terrible. They take great offense if you try to get problems with the service corrected. The young asian guy kept answering with nonsensical arguments as a means to stonewall any repairing of the services.

So if you're one of those people who hates to be stonewalled by incompetent people who have no interesting in helping customers but pride themselves on their power trip of not providing service you paid for and feeling powerful because of it -- then this campground is for you.

Had a great stay there. The first night we were closer to the highway in our tent which sucked but was very happy that the lovely lady who runs it had a site for us to sleep.

Janice (she runs the office) was very friendly and so was JP. They allow dogs and are working on making the park something spectacular for all season use.

They had a transformer go on then in the later evening (after already having issues with a massive wind storm that killed power a few weeks ago) they had to make sure everyone was safe which was great of them to check on everyone.

If you don't mind, or even enjoy getting the dirty end of the stick shoved in your face, then this is a place made in heaven for you. However if you want what you paid for don't ask these guys to help.

Yes they had to shut off their hot water boiler but rather that then blowing it up.

We stayed two nights as a place to sleep while we toured around Revelstoke, the campsite is clean, washroom & shower facilities are very clean, the caretakers were very accommodating in offering to move us closer to the WIFI signal as it got blocked by a tall unit that moved in. They are very curious & friendly.

The second night she was awesome and called me to see if we wanted to move sites to a quieter one (one came available).

A new owner just took over a few months ago, has hired a very competent manager (who is very helpful and friendly) and is pouring money into major improvements, including adding a couple dozen new full hookup sites for big rigs. The road noise is the price we pay for convenient access from trans Canada highway 1 and the cute tourist/ski town of Revelstoke.

Yes there is train noise on one side & the hiway on the other but they can't help the location. So if you want peace & quite, go further into the mountains for a site, if you can find one. We slept fine.

We found the rv sites to be narrow, with our neighbors on both sides having their trucks parked almost on top of us. It had been raining, and there was a lot of mud, since the grass was sparse. Very outdated electrical connections, and the ' pool ' was a hole in the ground, under construction. The highway runs along the side, so we heard the loud traffic all night long. On the positive side, the bathrooms were nice and clean , with plenty of showers and toilets.
