  It is an absolutely beautiful place. Customer service was awesome. All the staff were very friendly. Our room was terrific, so clean and had all you need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it. Can't wait to stay there again.

  By then it was past the 48hr cancellation period. I called the hotel to see if I could cancel given my reasons above and they said that since it was booked through Expedia, they “have no power to cancel the booking”. They told me to call Expedia to cancel instead. Called Expedia while in between visits at the hospital, waiting on the phone for more than an hour. Expedia tells me the exact same thing... “since your booking is with the hotel, Expedia has no power to cancel the booking. Call the Coast Hillcrest instead.”

  We just got back from an amazing few days staying at the Coast Hillcrest. The atmosphere was relaxed and cozy. The restaurant had delicious and incredibly well priced food. The rooms were clean, comfortable and up to date. And to top it all off, every single one of the staff we met were kind and helpful. We're already excited to go back next year.

  Beautiful setting. Good rooms. Excellent soaps and shampoo. In fact they have large soap bottles in the bath and they give away complementary soap and shampoo

  I booked one night at the Coast Hillcrest Revelstoke thru Expedia, during the holidays to break up my drive from Vancouver to Calgary. The day of the booking, my dad had a stroke (in Vancouver, not his place of residence either). There was also a travel advisory strongly recommending not to drive on highway 5 that day, and with young children in the car, not only did I want to stay with my dad at the hospital but I did not want to stress him further by actually taking to the roads that day no matter how careful we would have been.

  The cost was $340 for the night and they actually charged me for it! I will never book with Coast Hillcrest again not thru Expedia. Best Western has allowed me to cancel simply due to a (strong) travel advisory past their stated cancellation period. I would highly recommend going with Best Western instead but they were fully booked already, no wonder why!!

  Really nice facility and very clean. Did not come with some basics like a bath robe, which is awkward because the outdoor hot tub makes you walk through the lobby. In general, would recommend if it only costs a little extra to stay over other cheaper places in Revelstoke!
