    Great room. I have a bit of a hatred for Sandmans key cards though. One of the entrances to the building would not open even though the light turned green when I swiped my card, and I had to get my cards reprogrammed twice. Bit irritating when the reception is in another building and it's the dead of winter!

    Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Fun pool for kids. Was double booked for conference room and told our team had to rebook which was unfortunate. Very loud guests at night keeping us up until 330 am. Good location.

    Great staff. Had a great stay in Revelstoke. The pool and amenities were in great condition for a solid price.

    Stayed here a few months ago. The staff were beyond amazing, probably the best customer service I’ve experienced at a hotel. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was great. I’ll definitely stay here again!

    Expensive and far from the city centre. 2 broken hot tubs when we visited on new years eve. Stoke hotel next door is way more bang for your buck and has breakfast and a shuttle downtown included.
