  Stayed here for five days. Friendly staff who were very helpful with our requests. I loved being able to use the hot tubs and pool after a day skiing. We ate in town and were given free passes for the resort shuttle which was great too.

  Upon arriving at the hotel, we were informed that they were unable to give us the upgraded room we requested due to the busy holiday season. To make up for it, they upgraded our group of 6 even further to a penthouse suite. From that point on, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is pretty new so the facilities were excellent and the rooms were spacious with quality furnishings. The complimentary wine bar was also a nice tough. Will definitely be returning soon.

  My girlfriend lived at The Sutton Place for a year. It was fabulous over the winter. Loved rolling out of bed into the lift, taking hot tubs with visitors and all the staff here were wonderful. In the summer the tour buses were loud. Every 7-9 AM idling if your suite is facing the front entrance. Lots of staff changeover this year due to resort ownership issues which could be way better if they cared. Landlord cranked the rent up $500 per month so she had to leave. Recommend staying here anytime for great staff and ease of getting up the mountain.

  Very friendly staff and very easy to get to the main ski lift gondola as you just exit out the rear doors from the 2nd floor. The exit is also between a ski/board rental place as well as a shop for anything else you need ski-related. The rooms were nice. I stayed in the 3 bedroom suite with some friends and would have hoped that the floor plan was a bit more open. For how much we paid, I would have expected a bit more space. Overall, I would still recommend.

  We took 30 people from all across Canada to the hotel for a week, and not one complaint the whole time! Great team, friendly staff, excellent service, beautiful facilities, an overall unreal experience! Can't wait to book my next stay at the Sutton Place Revelstoke!
