    Stock is generally quite good. Worst case scenario you need to grab a different sized bag if you need the exact formula/flavor. Have yet to have a problem. Staff is also very quick to help.

    Terrible. Extremely disappointed. We have had to switch brands or flavours every single month because the Revelstoke location is constantly "out of stock." We tried a special order and it took over a month to arrive (despite being told it would arrive within the week). I have always shopped at small family owned pet stores and never had any problems until moving to Revelstoke where Animal House is our only option. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
